Most Anticipated Summer Releases

Hello everyone!

I am back today to talk about my most anticipated releases of the summer season, from June, July and August of 2017. I’m doing it on time again! Look at me being all productive. Summer is my favorite season because 1. everyone has free time since most people don’t have school and 2. because my birthday is in July! I’m gonna be super old but this is the first time in 4 years that I’ll be able to gift myself books and that has me incredibly excited. I have a total of 14 books to talk about so make sure to click on the cover if you would like to see their Goodreads page. Let’s look at some books, shall we?

SO let’s get started!

May ’16 Wrap Up

Hello everyone!

I have been a little bit scatterbrained this month, so much so that I forgot that wrap ups are a thing and that I have to do one around May 31st haha. But I am here, relatively on time and ready to tell you all about the things I’ve been up to this month. Spoiler alert: it has not been blogging. For some reason I haven’t really had the time to sit and blog consistently in May and I didn’t post everything that I had scheduled so they’ve been pushed back and back and back haha. I’m gonna try and change my writing days to the week because my weekends have been packed.

SO let’s get started!

March ’17 Wrap Up

Hello everyone!

March has been a pretty crazy month. I moved on the third and didn’t stop traveling until the eighth. I’ve been trying to get myself together since then and it hasn’t been going that well. I had so much to do the first week I was there that it was really overwhelming and therefore, I started getting behind in my blogging schedule. I didn’t post as much as usual also because of that but I really hope that April will be much better as I think things will slow down. Anyway, thanks for sticking around while I’m getting myself together and now I’ll show you what I managed to accomplish this month.

SO let’s get started!

March ’17 TBR – Historical Fiction Theme

tbr-march-17-logo

Hello everyone!

As you read this, I’m probably at the airport waiting to get on a plane to take me away from the place I’ve called home for the last four years. I can’t really tell you how that’s going to feel like right now, because I’m doing this a whole week before but I can tell you that at this moment I’m both really sad and really excited. I hope this change brings me a lot of new opportunities and I am planning on taking advantage of everything new that’s comes my way. If you’d like to stay up to date with my trip, you can probably see some updates on Twitter, so follow me :). Anyway, I’m here to talk about the books that I hope to read in March. All of these are very tentative because I have no idea how much time I’ll have to read but hopefully I get at least a few read.

SO let’s get started!

That means that every year I start by reading books from my favorite genre, High Fantasy. This month is pretty full of series that I need to complete and I also have a lot of books that I didn’t finish in December that I need to finish this month.

October ’17 TBR – Horror Theme

tbr-october-logo

Hello everyone!

October is the month of Halloween so I’m pretty sure none of you are surprised with my choice of theme. I’ve done this quite a few times before, in 2014 my theme for October was creepy and in 2015 it was zombies, so I tend to pick scary themed books during this month. Even though I am the biggest scaredy cat to ever live and Halloween creeps me the fuck out and somehow I end up regretting my theme choices but not the books I read.

This year my friend Lauren @ Wonderless Reviews created a Halloween Read-A-Thon which will run from October 10th to October 31st, you can check out her announcement post here, and I decided to participate but I’ll be using this TBR to share the books I hope to read in the read-a-thon as well because they kind of inter lap. I’ll be adding a small addition to explain which books I’m reading for each challenge.

SO let’s get started!

April ’16 TBR – Dystopian Theme

TBR Logo April

Hello everyone!

I am here to talk about the books I am hoping to read this month. After the Hunger Games and Divergent were released, there was a boost of Dystopian books in Young Adult literature. Unfortunately, that was the time in which I moved to Venezuela so I missed a lot of those books which became really popular. That let to me making April my month for reading Dystopian in an attempt to read all those books that I missed. I already managed to catch up some last year (I read the Legend and Shatter Me trilogies) but I still want to read more.

SO let’s get started!

February ’16 Wrap Up

Wrap Up February Logo

Hello everyone!

I am here to talk about the books that I read in February. The books I’m going to talk about today are only some of the ones I managed to read this month. I read three books during the Rainbowthon 2.0 readathon, you can check out those books in my wrap up here. I feel like I did okay this month. Not as much as I’m used to reading in the beginning of the year but solid for me. I read a total of 13 books, 12 books and one novella, which is nice and solid and I enjoyed most of them.

Here’s what I read in February:

T5W Feb. 24th – Worst Love Interests

T5W Feb 24

Hello everyone!

It is that time again when I share my Top 5 Wednesday for the week.

Top 5 Wednesday was created by Lainey from gingerreadslainey (YouTube, Goodreads) and if you would like to join, here is the link for the Goodreads group with all the information.

This week’s topic is Top 5 Worst Love Interest. Lainey had a suggestion to have at least one negative topic a week and this is the one for this month. Not surprisingly, this was one of the easiest topics for me to fill out. And also not a surprise that this entire list is filled with male characters.

SO let’s get started!
